  • Assisting admin team with accounts receivable 
  • Answering customer phone calls 
  • Creating a positive customer experience for walk in customers 
  • Facilitating custom order pickups 
  • Help inventory management of office supplies 
  • Help plan & execute office social events 
  • Customer follow ups for online store freebies 
  • Assist with updates to our online store

If so, as a member of our service team at Hole in the Roof, you will execute the details of our custom orders. All of our service roles require people who are diligent and detail-oriented.

Role/Responsibility: manage accounts, provide appropriate product suggestion on a client by client basis, execute custom orders on strict timelines, grow existing book of business on a monthly basis, daily communication with customers, sales lead & team.

Responsibilities: 

  • Create custom designs that capture the customer’s vision 
  • Design technically and creatively with final product in mind 
  • Follow detailed directions to maintain positive customer expectations 
  • Manage multiple projects at any given time (5+) 
  • Collaborate effectively with creative team, sales reps & customers 
  • Prepare final artwork to be ready for print 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) 
  • Experience designing for apparel and tangible marketing products 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including print materials, digital assets, and branding projects. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 
  • High attention to detail 
  • Knowledge of screen printing processes and techniques is a plus
